Great Experience Buying from GRP I purchased GE Dishwasher’s control board. Its price was better than what GE Service Center was giving. I received it next day without paying extra for overnight delivery. Being an ex-GE employee I could confirm the part was genuine. It is working great for last three weeks or so. I hope it will give me years of service. I will recommend using Genuine Replacement Parts.

Need better packaging for shipment Bought as a spare to replace aftermarket igniter that won't last long; got only 5 weeks use from last aftermarket igniter bought as a pair due to price. Haven't installed this OEM igniter, yet, but hoping it'll last several years when it's installed, eventually. Shipped in large box with lots of bubble-wrap, but igniter was on bottom of box with NO bubble-wrap or padding of any type under it, making it very susceptible to damage via shipper bumping, bouncing, etc. Disappointing packaging makes me wonder if the item will work when it does install? Not physically broken, it appears, but it can'g be good subjecting item to shock while shipping. Hoping it'll be fine when I need it?!

The replacement motor is universal type… The replacement motor is universal type specifications are the same with the original motor which is good. But the wiring instructions is misleading truly this for professional who have done it before. It took me awhile to figure it out it runs really well. Good quality product from GE👍👍
