GBI bought size 0 Capsuline capsules from Amazon I bought size 0 capsules from Amazon. I've been buying these for years. I got a bag of 1000 that were old, cracked easily and had mis shaped mouths that would not work when loading. I contacted customer service and never heard back. I ordered a second bag from Amazon and found the same problems. I had to get a refund from Amazon since customer service does not exist at Capsuline. Never will buy or promote this company again.

GBI've had an averae experience with… I've had an averae experience with Capsuline. I wouldn't say my experiences were particularly thrilling or underwhelming. The customer service was OK - they resolved the issue after multiple attempts but the process wasn't streamlined and took some time. The product quality was also so-so. I gat what I paid for and it worked for me - not too bad, but nothing special. I wouldn't say I'd recomend the company in a hurry, but it's worth giving them a try.
