Good service/ good product/ good customer service I received a like new computer (2017) that is very clean and responding well to set up. There was some kind of glitch in my order and one of their reps called me and it took me a long time and several calls back to get it straightened out (I think it was my error in the first place) and the rep was so patient, kind, helpful and relaxed. It made what could have been an anxious experience into a very good experience.

Great product I purchased a pair of Airpod pros as a gift and my daughter is very happy with them. I was a little confused after my purchase but a rep from Maxandfix reached out and resolved my issue. Will be making another purchase soon.

Excellent customer Service For some strange reason, we could not get our order to process ourselves. We began a chat , that turned into a Rep calling us immediately! The rep ordered our items, entered the July discount, fixed our payment issues, and even shipped to my sons Dorm! i never heard of this company before this, and they have a overly happy customer!!

I was definitely skeptical… I’m not… I was definitely skeptical… I’m not going to lie. My old MacBook blacked on and would not come back on and I needed a new one ASAP but didn’t have the money to purchase one full out.
