A foul and then a homerun in less than 24 hours! The company has a multitude of distributors and unfortunately I was sent the wrong filters. No Fault of Redstag Supplies. I reached out and had the correct filters in less than 24 hours! I LOVE this company! I have literally told everyone about their customer service and their pricing-which is better than Amazon!

They stand behind their products. I received my product promptly. When the product was defective, it was replaced immediately.

Total scammer Total scammer, I ordered a water filter last month!! Never received it after 3 weeks tried to communicate with their invisible customer service. They said they gonna send another one without sending me a new tracking after one week. Finally, I requested where is the tracking number they sent me the old tracking number for last month. My money is on the air, never received the product and there’s no one to talk to as a customer service . Finally it arrived! After exactly one month ! Wile I was waiting I got one from Amazon!! And that one has weight also box was original and sealed this one box was tear apart and very funny. It was wrapped in the plastic the original we always buy never comes in a plastic so when it’s too good to be true, it is they are a scammer don’t buy from them. Thank God I got my refund. otherwise I would be so pissed because this one will go to the garbage right away.i want to share the pictures of it but im not sure how

Quality Parts at Reasonable Prices I ordered several appliance replacement parts from Redstag. The parts were very high quality, made of durable materials, and far less expensive than big box store alternatives. Everything fit my appliances correctly and should last.

Fast Shipping on Obscure Vacuum Parts I had an extremely difficult time locating a particular attachment for my old vacuum cleaner. By chance I stumbled upon Redstag Supplies and was amazed to find they stocked the obscure part. Ordering on their website was simple, shipping was faster than expected, and the price very reasonable.
