You will not regret buying or selling to these capable people I have to say I was a bit skeptical when I let go of one of my graphing Calculators go with only the word of an acquaintance to depend on for worthwhile compensation delivered in honest and ASAP fashion. I had accidentally had a capital letter in my cash tag (100% the fault of the other person sending his object in the same package.) I obviously grew disheartened after the payment day came and went. This company immediately made it wright and I was done. I would do it again in a heartbeat

I was admittedly skeptical of this… I was admittedly skeptical of this being a scam. I’ve never worked with selling back calculators, so I was pleased with being able to get a free shipping label printed out and I could easily send it out. Everything was transparent with timing (tracking on the package itself) as well the receiving of payment. Grateful for a good experience

Customer Satisfaction The first TI 83-Plus Lime Green edition I really wanted and ordered, was sold at a great price to begin with. When it arrived, the screen had a permanent pixelation in the top right-hand corner. I followed the return process and emailed them Friday. Since Monday was a holiday they didn't respond till Tuesday and set me up with a Blue TI 83 Plus not the one I originally wanted but hey it works 100% and at a great price! With the help provided and the short turn around I gave this a five-star rating because not only did they honor their word on the warranty/return policy.
