Customer Satisfaction The first TI 83-Plus Lime Green edition I really wanted and ordered, was sold at a great price to begin with. When it arrived, the screen had a permanent pixelation in the top right-hand corner. I followed the return process and emailed them Friday. Since Monday was a holiday they didn't respond till Tuesday and set me up with a Blue TI 83 Plus not the one I originally wanted but hey it works 100% and at a great price! You will not regret buying or selling to these capable people I have to say I was a bit skeptical when I let go of one of my graphing Calculators go with only the word of an acquaintance to depend on for worthwhile compensation delivered in honest and ASAP fashion.
