GBCustomer Satisfaction The first TI 83-Plus Lime Green edition I really wanted and ordered, was sold at a great price to begin with. When it arrived, the screen had a permanent pixelation in the top right-hand corner. I followed the return process and emailed them Friday. Since Monday was a holiday they didn't respond till Tuesday and set me up with a Blue TI 83 Plus not the one I originally wanted but hey it works 100% and at a great price! With the help provided and the short turn around I gave this a five-star rating because not only did they honor their word on the warranty/return policy. They helped me out without any hassle or grief, exchange was simple and included a return shipping label. Thank you Topcalc for taking care of me! I will definitely recommend to my classmates!

GBthere were multiple calculators i had… there were multiple calculators i had that were not broken and worked but they marked them as not working calculators and payed me less

GBDisaster Well said. I sent my calculator in at the beginning of January.. still have not been paid. They have the wrong paypal written down. They keep saying its sent. Sent to where?? U have the wrong pay pal.. I can't speak to anyone on the phone. I have called. No one answers. I leave voice mails. This is in a small building inside of another company. I have emailed and emailed nothing but, hey send us ur device.. They have my device now what. Seems like maybe this is a scam. I had a Texas t 84 now. I want to speak to a live human please

GBEasy and quick The process was very easy. Topcalcs send the prepaid mailing label and once they received the calculators the review process is very fast. They adjusted the price but I think that is fair. I recommend them.
