Brandon Oliviera was our sales person and he was phenominal but he left the store and we had no one to help us. So after MANY visits and calls to your store, we were told that our records were not found and we had no credits for rewards. Jen Hall ferreted out our accounts and helped us obtain a refund which was sitting on our account but not seen she helped us get our rewards from this last custom we are finishing which no one in Salt Lake City could do...so thank you Jen Hall for great work.

She is very knowledgeable about the carpeting and flooring available, understands our needs and is helpful in picking out something appropriate. And, she is very pleasant and easy to work with.

GBRC Willey Five, the manufacturer, zero. RC Willey, the store, I give 5 stars. But the leather sofa and chairs, we've been trying to get, is another story. The first was not true to color. The gray, looked like black charcoal in or home. Reordered the same in eggshell. This one came in and it looked like a 3rd world country made it. The seams didn't match, and it didn't close evenly. So we reordered again. Hopefully the third time is a charm. We'll see. But otherwise RC is doing everything right trying to correct the situation.

GBDisappointed in their web purchase… Disappointed in their web purchase service. When I showed up at the scheduled time to pick up a fridge I was informed that it was not onsite until tomorrow. Not what my paperwork said! I had rented a truck and drove 50 miles to the appropriate store for pickup only to find out it was in stock at a location closer to my home! I wasted 2 extra hours, fuel, and had to go back closer to pick up my purchase. Even the service manager said the website orders seem to have issues. Time to fix it!!
