Very good products I enjoy the product very much but the problem is with the cases of the Sirius Pro not being stable, like the latch doesn’t work one of two pars, after about a year of using them without issue, the latch just random stopped keeping the earbuds close. Ive ordered all the different speakers and they’re all amazing

Low quality sound, expensive shipping I purchased the new "3-pod" speaker, which came with a free robot charger. Products look absolutely awesome and the idea is great. However, given low quality of sound itself this is a disappointing purchase for this price. One should not need 2 speakers for "spatial feel", and there is basically no bass at all. Shipping cost me almost 25 pounds as well, so there is that on top. Would not recommend.

I received the sirius pro Earbuds last… I received the sirius pro Earbuds last year as a gift and immediately fell in love with the build quality of them and the unique look. Since then they have been my daily pair of Buds, I recently noticed one of the Dust Filters came off and contacted support. They were very quick to respond and are going to send me a replacement Filter free of charge with my new order. I fell in love with the sirius Pro, but with their quick and helpful support, they now have a loyal customer, and I really can't wait to get the new M1 Mouse I pre-ordered.

I had an issue after receiving my items and let’s just say they did an excellent job in helping me with resolving my issue and I will definitely be returning for more products! Excellent product Gravastar is excellent with communication, the product looks, feels and performs on a premium level. My only gripe is the logistics area needs to be improved upon, it took exactly 3 weeks to (finally) get the product to me, when I know orders from overseas can easily be delivered here within 7 working days.
