GBNeeds better verification process I feel like there should be a process in place if a seller ships out an item with any type of defect. I bought a shoe that clearly showed a minor defect but it still passed through authentication. These reselling items are not cheap so If someone is paying for an item as new, the item should not have any type of defect. if there’s any type of defects then the buyer should at least be made aware to agree if they still want the item or given some type of a discount.
