GBWhen it works, it's great, but if you have issues... Desktop has defective video card. Things happen. Getting it set up to have it replaced seemed to be smooth, then it all went at a snail's pace and i had trouble getting updates. Almost a month to get the new card shipped and to arrive with what I was told was an expedited, cross RMA. When the new video card arrived, it worked. I sent back the old one, had to follow up about the hold/charge on my cc, but it got worked out with an email. System looks and works as promised now, it just took a month+.

GBSolid build, no issues! It's a quality made machine for a pretty reasonable price. I'm sure there are people who will tell you that you can build one similar for cheaper, but for someone with very few extra cycles builds like this are invaluable. Highly recommended.

All I can say is I love this computer. It has held the test of time. By no means am I a hardcore gamer, but I still have all the original hardware from when I purchased it 3 years ago and have not had the need to upgrade anything at all yet. 100% would recommend.
