GBNOT custom built I own a 5-year-old Cyberpower PC. Had some small problems with it when it arrived but they were quickly taken care of. I am looking to replace it. I went online to Cyberpower. I spected out a new unit costing about $3200. I want a 2 TB primary SSD and a 4TB secondary unit. The website would NOT let me spect it that way. I called sales support, told them what I wanted. Was told they do not do things that way....I would have to specify either two - 2TB SSDs or two 4TB SSDs. I told them that was not what I wanted. Told them I could get what I wanted from IBuyPower PC. I was told fine, go buy it from them. Is this what passes for Customer Service these days??? Needless to say....I will NEVER buy another Cyberpower PC.....EVER!!!!!

GBHappy Upgrade Received this CyberpowerPC Today. It is replacing a 13 year old computer that I built myself. This machine arrived well packaged. It is neat, tidy and a solid build. Not bad to look at either. So far it has exceeded my expectations. The fans are whisper quiet compared to my old system. I'm definitely smiling right now.

GBSolid build, no issues! It's a quality made machine for a pretty reasonable price. I'm sure there are people who will tell you that you can build one similar for cheaper, but for someone with very few extra cycles builds like this are invaluable. Highly recommended.

GBLove My New Laptop Its been a few months since I bought my laptop, and I absolutly love it. The buying and customizing process was easy, once purchased I got regular updates on when to expect it in. Set up was a breeze. The laptop itself I have zero issues with, it runs Balders Gate with zero slow down or lag, as well as all my other games. I highly recommend CyberPower if you are looking into a new gaming PC.

GBDO NOT BUY Ordered a $5k PC that worked for less than 3 weeks. Tried to get a refund and service and received the run around until "coincidentally" it was no longer within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee time frame. It has been in their "queue" to be worked on longer than it took the original build. My requests for a new replacement (since they can use used parts to repair the PC) were first approved - and then revoked.
