GBBrickhouse Collagen I have been buying from Brickhouse for the last few years and absolutely love their products. I recently tried the collagen powder and it is the best quality collagen I’ve ever had. Up until now I have always used another well known brand but after trying Brickhouse collagen, I will never go back It tastes great (I have vanilla) and mixes easily. GBPoor Communication and Email Responses The email response time for this company is horrible! There is no customer service phone number, so I’ve been emailing them since Nov. 4, 2023 to have some of my concerns answered and then finally, just to request cancellation of my acct. As of today, Nov. 14, not one of my emails have been responded to. I’ve had to open a dispute with my payment company. Poor customer service!
