GBThe quickness of delivery was superb… The quickness of delivery was superb and quality of the product ive bought a case from them before and it lasted for years. Only bad thing and it's not terrible is the screen protector scratches easily, but im also really hard on things.

ROGreat build quality and experience I started using Ghostek cases with the Samsung S10 series and I was so happy with them that I decided to stick with the brand. Now I got 2 Nautical Slim cases for my S23 Ultra and S23 and a Covert case for S23. All cases have a good build quality, fit perfectly and offer a good grip.I had no issues hearing or being heard while using the Nautical Slim. I am very happy with the products and I guess I ll be coming back to Ghostek when I ll change my phones again.

GBI had to wait a week to receive it and… I had to wait a week to receive it and it was the wrong one . Instead of a easy return I had to pay for the return shipping and now wait until when you guys receive it back to get my refund. I much rather go through Amazon because it's a more pleasant ordering and return/exchange

GBThe case definitely seems like it would… The case definitely seems like it would be sturdy but there are a few things I wish I would've known before buying. The case blocks the microphone on my phone making it hard for the people I'm talking to, to hear me. The screen protector also causes the camera to have blurry photos. And the biggest red flag for me was the fact that after 2 or 3 days of use and no drops the case is cracked on the top right corner. Honestly have no clue how that could have happened.

GBOrder was canceled with no reasoning. I placed my order, got the confirmation very quickly and then got an email saying it had been shipped(label created) a couple hours later. A couple hours after that I got an email saying my order had been successfully refunded. I guess this counted as the cancelation alert but there was no reason for cancelation and I felt it was odd to notify me about the cancelation by just saying it had been refunded.
