The quickness of delivery was superb… The quickness of delivery was superb and quality of the product ive bought a case from them before and it lasted for years. Only bad thing and it's not terrible is the screen protector scratches easily, but im also really hard on things.

Good drop protection, other features need some help. There were no instructions for how to apply the screen protector. The QR Code wasn't valid. The protector doesn't fit 100% either, so it's a good thing I haven't ever felt the need for one the last 6 years. The case could use more texture because the polished rubber can actually be fairly slick to hold, but seems like a drop would be protected well. Holster feels solid. Kickstand is weak, the pins unlatch very easily and then can fall out.

Almost perfect I have a galaxy fold 4 and I love the phone, but a good case has been hard to find. This one is so close to being just right, but could be better. I love that it is a one piece design. I love the metal pieces used, makes it look and feel great. I love the clear plastic on the back. What has been bothering me the most is the raised lip around the cut out for the power and volume buttons. Not terrible when the phone is open (tablet mode) but when it's closed its very annoying trying to use the fingerprint unlock function on the power button. The only other thing, if I'm being nit-picky, would be that I feel like the hinge cover design and material are a bit lacking compared to the quality found elsewhere on the case. It's floppy and plastic, almost seems like it was an afterthought.

Good case, bad clip, no customer service Universal clip has no value with the pixel 7 pro case. Clip interferes with the sound buttons. This should not be identified as compatible with this case. Shipping was late. I paid expedited 1-3 days and it arrived in 5. No response when I inquired as to the delay.

I had to wait a week to receive it and… I had to wait a week to receive it and it was the wrong one . Instead of a easy return I had to pay for the return shipping and now wait until when you guys receive it back to get my refund. I much rather go through Amazon because it's a more pleasant ordering and return/exchange
