The software is detected but needs a… The software is detected but needs a bit of improvement. It has sd card capability taking it tov4 star. But it gets 4 star for it needs to have flexibility recognizing daylight and nighttime so the lights for the camera can only come on during nighttime when motion isvdetected. Also, it would have been nicer to include a distribution box that matches the base of the light.

Cameras are excellent Cameras are excellent, easy programming and installation. Mine are remote wireless and work beautifully in a metal barn. Customer support is awesome as well. Very prompt and they follow up. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

I’ve used Foscam cameras for 12 years… I’ve used Foscam cameras for 12 years now. They’re good quality cameras for the price. Tech services is a little frustrating sometimes because techs can hardly speak English. Otherwise good product.

Interesting experience Interesting experience. If I was to purchase something from amazon I would just return/replace it without any issues if it didn't work. Foscam will trouble shoot ask you to send videos etc. If you are a busy person non of this is convenient. In the end things do get worked out after days/weeks of emailing back and forth. Customer Service is good but different than U.S normality.The only real complaint I have is when buying a refurbished item there is no attention to detail. Both Floodlight Cameras I received were dirty with screws floating in the box like someone just threw everything in there without care. Do Better Foscam Hire me ill clean them.

Don’t buy direct. I understand I misread your terms. But when the camera was received I submitted a request to return even before any box was opened and was told I would need to pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. If I had purchased the exact same camera from your Amazon store there would have been no shipping or restocking fee. Lesson learned. Will NEVER buy from you directly again.
