Interesting experience Interesting experience. If I was to purchase something from amazon I would just return/replace it without any issues if it didn't work. Foscam will trouble shoot ask you to send videos etc. If you are a busy person non of this is convenient. In the end things do get worked out after days/weeks of emailing back and forth. Customer Service is good but different than U.S normality.The only real complaint I have is when buying a refurbished item there is no attention to detail. Both Floodlight Cameras I received were dirty with screws floating in the box like someone just threw everything in there without care. Do Better Foscam Hire me ill clean them.

Cameras are excellent Cameras are excellent, easy programming and installation. Mine are remote wireless and work beautifully in a metal barn. Customer support is awesome as well. Very prompt and they follow up. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

Not secure The app cuts out often. I am pretty confident my information was compromised upon paying for the service. So instead of feeling more secure, this crappy service I can thank most likely for having my bank account hacked and my private info out on the dark web.
