I wanted to buy this charger but the… I wanted to buy this charger but the refund policy is insane. Beware you can’t return an item if it at all looks opened. I imagine they use that to refuse refunds for all sorts of minor nicks. Based on that I wouldn’t risk buying it. Policy states: ‘ Regrettably, any return showing signs of being opened, used, or damaged will immediately forfeit eligibility for a refund or exchange.’

Buyer beware … Travel charger purchased direct from Evolved in December 2023. Yesterday, 27/4/2024, the watch mount hinge broke. Evolved have simply stated this is outside their 30 day return period and ‘have a great day’. I’ve asked that this be escalated as I believe the item is faulty and the return period should not apply. I will update this with whatever response I receive. Update 29/4/24 I submitted this same review via Evolved’s website yesterday. It has not yet been published there. I also posted this review on Evolved’s Facebook page, I’m now blocked from that page.

Garbage product, worse customer service I bought a 3 in 1 Apple charger for my daughter for xmas. The item is faulty and charges intermittently only. As stated by others, customer service says a refund must be claimed within 30 days of purchase. It wasn't even gifted within the 30 days. This company uses an Australian URL to imply local stock and its return policy is in violation of Australian Consumer Law. Avoid.

A perfect case for my phone! When the case arrived, unlike the other plastic ones, I noticed that it was of good quality. The fit and finish was perfect for my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I have only had it for about 2 weeks, but it seems to be very stylish and does its job to protect my phone.

You'll waste your money You'll waste your money. The charger overheated my phone over time. They won't take a return unless you pay shipping which, after everything is added including their restocking fees, comes to the same amount you pay for this piece of garbage. Their return policy also says they won't take anything back unless it hasn't been opened.
