GBGreat product, great service! I had to upgrade my current laptop to do video editing. I did a lot of research and decided on the MacBook Pro. Since a new one is rather pricey, I decided to go with a refurbished one. Someone recommended macs4u and I decided to purchase from them because they had great reviews. They gave nothing but great service from start to finish! The laptop arrived quickly, very well packed and they sent several shipping updates as well as follow up emails, calls and text messages. Such amazing customer service!! I would recommend them to anyone and would purchase from them again.

GBFan of macs4u I purchased a Macbook Air 2 1/2 years ago with a payment plan, wasn't quite sure about the company at first, to my surprise customer service was awsome, I mean you talk to an actual huuman being lol I know right...I'm still bangin out songs on this thing. Purchased a M1 Macbook 3 weeks ago (it's nuts) bought it out right because mac4u has quality merch. (I'm not paid to comment) Great company, save some money! 5 stars

GBExtraordinary! Flawless condition at a deep discount! I was so very pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to find what looked like a brand-spanking-new iMac! One would never know it was already five years old as it was in "factory new" condition. Macs4U loaded the operating system that I asked for (Big Sur) and it booted right up. I strongly recommend macs4u for anyone needing a greatly-discounted Mac that still has many years of useful life!

GBFast shipping Fast shipping, great like new looking units and the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Received a unit with a sticking key, not only did they send out a shipping box but unit was worked on the same day it was received and returned the same week, with my data intact, even though I was warned I should back it up. Have to see how the machine holds ip, but at this point can only offer praise.
