GBFan of macs4u I purchased a Macbook Air 2 1/2 years ago with a payment plan, wasn't quite sure about the company at first, to my surprise customer service was awsome, I mean you talk to an actual huuman being lol I know right...I'm still bangin out songs on this thing. Purchased a M1 Macbook 3 weeks ago (it's nuts) bought it out right because mac4u has quality merch. (I'm not paid to comment) Great company, save some money! 5 stars

PKIn 2021 I was searching for a used iMac… In 2021 I was searching for a used iMac that needed an older operating system so I could run a specific program for work. Somehow I stumbled upon Macs4u and found that they had what I needed and would even install the OS that I required. I'm still using that computer for work today, so when it came time to order a MacBook Air, I immediately turned to them and found out that they had the best prices and service for refurbished Macs anywhere. Both computers look like brand new and function flawlessly and their customer service is always top notch. I've recommenced them to a few friends now. Nice to know there's great small businesses out there making a difference!

GBMy computer came on time and well… My computer came on time and well packaged, as advertised. However, am having a heck of a time getting my information transferred over. I have run migration assistant 4 times now, and spent hours on the phone with apple tech, but still cannot even get my pictures.

GBGREAT CONSUMER EXPERIENCE WITH MACS4U I've purchased 4 refurbished computers from Macs4u over the years. They stand by their products and offer super quick and amazingly accurate tech support. My latest buy, a 2019 iMac, arrived in less than a week. Herbert and Brandon helped me bring over my bookmarks from my old iMac and also assisted me in erasing my hard drive and re-installing the OS.
