GBOrder came on time without damage Order came on time without damage. That use to be expected for most orders from any company. In the past year, that has become the exception to the rule. Good companies with good employees and work ethics still provide good service. Right Channel Radios is one of those companies. Thank you and Best Regards, Ric

GB10/10 would recommend. I used the online chat feature, which started a back & forth email exchange. Some guy named Pat was helping me figure out mounting, NGP, SWR & other stuff. As a CB newbie, it was great. No pressure, just another enthusiast in their customer service department doing a good job. …until I realized only after the fact that the customer service dude, Pat — is the owner! 👌🏼🥳 10/10 service, communication, and would definitely recommend.

GBThe only place for CB needs Awesome experience right out the gate! Ordered a full kit for my truck and the instructions were so simple I’d think a 30 year old from LA could figure out how to do the install. Called once before ordering and They were super helpful and didn’t get irritated with all the questions I had. Will recommend to all my buddies and use them for future CB purchases!!

GBGreat prices Great prices. Fast, friction-free ordering sequence. Outstanding, user-immersed, tech support. Above and beyond “no excuses” shipping process. Ordered a half dozen times, at least, in the past few months. Batting a thousand. No errors. (Nobody’s perfect. I’m sure they’ll come.) Just…Stay at it!

GBOrdering was easy Ordering was easy, shipping was fast but the antenna mount for my 03 Silverado did not bolt right up. Had to remove material from bottom of mount in order for hole for bolt to go thru, and then dealing with getting nut started on bolt is a chore. I hope I can get my coax and antenna stud together while bracket is mounted, otherwise I’m in for a real treat taking it back out! In my own world, I would’ve removed more material off of bottom and made the section where coax and stud mount a little higher, just my two sense.
