Everything went well and my samsung note 20 came in an original box and fully working on my Verizon 5G network. Overall it's an excellent place to buy phones from. Made my 2nd purchase through them for a galaxy note 10 plus, it came in brand new just not in original packaging as expected for a phone this age, but regardless its still new with a full 1 year manufacturer warranty. Shipping just like my last order was as expected with the method I selected, and their prices are fair to whats out there on the market. I will be glad to make another purchase with them again in the future.
