GBStill the cheapest price after almost 2 month after purchase I ordered a Samsung EVO 850 1TB SSD from them about 2 months ago, it's still the best price in the environment of quickly dropping price of SSD. Shipping quickly, but arrived a little slower than desired, but overall good. Very happy with the purchase and the company.

GBSamsung 850 Pro 1TB SSD... iMac 5 yr old Seagate internal HD 1TB failed... backup from apple's Time Machine allowed Mac OS X to be restored to a 1TB external HD. With that solved for the moment... I could take the time to research my replacement... SSD's kept coming up as a viable replacement over the standard HD. Speed, dead quite, during my search, ADT had the best competitive pricing. That difference in price from other venders, enabled me to step up from the Samsung 850 1TB... to Samsung 850 Pro 1 TB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-7KE1T0BW)... Other parts were also needed to complete the installation, ie: 3.5" to 2.5" Adapter bracket w/ heat sink (heat sink overkill, not needed with the cool running SSD) and cables... I chose to order installation kits for the Samsung SSD from another vendor. Complete kits designed for the Apple iMac 21" (mid 2010). (important because internal iMac designs varied year to year) ... SSD arrived within 4 days. Install took a few hours. OSX startup in fast, almost seems instant. About the same speed this Mac use to awake from "sleep" mode. (blink) This was my first dealings with ATD... price, speedy delivery, setting up accountsa, fund transactions were smooth and drama free. 5 out of 5 stars. Keep it up guys/gals... GBLowest price, quality product! Good shipping too, and included a free gift. I bought a Samsung SSD and ATD had a price lower than even Amazon. The hard drive is now in the computer I am posting this review with. Great experience

GBHope you don't need to return your items I ordered a touch screen monitor, however the monitor that was sent was not touch screen. It's been over two weeks now and the customer service department has not responded two any of the emails I have sent. Since they will not take returns without authorization I'm basically left with no options and my window for the return is slowly closing!

GBExcellent Customer Service One of the hinges broke on my computer while I was opening it one day so I brought it in for a diagnosis to determine the best way to repair it. While diagnosing the computer, the technician cracked the screen. Obviously I was upset as I use this computer primarily for business purposes. Tyler took the ropes handled the situation with great care professionalism. He was able to contact the manufacturer and get me a replacement computer and have me back up and running in a matter of only a few weeks! Very satisfied customer. Will definitely recommend this company to friends, family and clients.
