An excellent product, from an excellent company! The Elmore Pedal is exactly what I needed to utilize the many internet platforms available to learn, practice, and enhance my playing and technique. The customer service is truly the best I have ever encountered using the internet. I appreciated the assistance that took into account my tech skill level and provided me the help I needed, right at the level I was at! A great product from a great company! Elmore Pedal is Great This is a great company, and the product makes my music study so much more fun and productive. Years ago I was a legal secretary, and the pedal reminds me of how you operated the dictaphone machine to transcribe legal documents. Two hands can be busy typing. Same with the Elmore pedal. Two hands busy making music. Actually, music is much more fun than typing briefs and wills, but I do wish I’d thought of the Elmore pedal! Of course, I won’t restrict myself to just music since I’m also studying art, and there are plenty of other things to explore online. If you’re like me and learn from online videos, you should get an Elmore pedal. The company stands behind its product and undoubtedly cares about its customers’ experiences.

I had some issues getting them to work properly mostly on my end but the owner reached out immediately after I sent in a request and got me going immediately. Fantastic customer service and communication. I will be ordering a few more to keep at the office and one for my wife to use while she has fun cooking and listening to me make noise on the guitar.

Just get one! If you’re on the fence and think that this pedal is gimmicky in any way just go ahead and order one. This is an incredibly genius, useful learning tool for a musician. It completely streamlines the learning experience and puts the lesson in your muscle memory, without using your hands to control your media. The customer service is absolutely top-notch, the owner of the company actually called me and we discussed a software issue that I was having an in a short period of time it was completely resolved, and he assured that my pedal was functioning properly. Awesome pedal!
