Great products and great customer service I ordered two small ethernet switches for use in a UAV payload. Josh contacted me immediately to inform me that there had been an issue with one of the components and helped me change my order to two nano switches. Once the issues with the small switches was fixed, I ordered two of them. All items arrived in a timely manner (as advertised) and, in the case of the second order, all in time to meet a budget deadline on my end. All questions were responded to immediately. As for the products, the BotBlox switches are the perfect form factor for the small UAV payload I am building. There is nothing else on the market that I have found that comes close. And, to this point, they have worked exactly as expected. In short, BotBlox has provided outstanding customer service and these small form switches are exactly what I had been looking for. We have standardised on Gigablox on all our robots and we have never had a single issue regardless of the harsh conditions and environments in which our robots operate. You plug them in and that's the last you ever worry about them.
