For our use case, this switch will be the heart of the communication infrastructure for a high-altitude collegiate liquid rocket's onboard avionics system, carrying data critical to the mission's success. For us because of the vibrational environment, the board-to-board architecture of the GigaBlox Nano is fantastic, it removes points of failure and decreases system complexity. One of the reasons we decided to go with a COTS switch, in this case, was to allow us to worry less about the reliability of the vehicle's data backbone and more about the interesting control and data logging problems we are facing. Outstanding Product and Service I purchased a SwitchBlox - Small Ethernet Switch and a GigaBlox. Both Products arrived sooner than expect even though they were on backorder. Both tiny switches work perfectly and are amazing for such a small size. I have had them working since I purchased them and have had zero problems, everything works perfectly. Quick and uncomplicated We were looking for small embedded switches for our drones and decided on Switchblox Nano because the specs are ideal - super small - super fast. However, when testing large amounts of data, we found unusual data gaps. However, the quick response from support (within minutes) and sending new beta versions was completely straightforward and easy. Thank you again, we can definitely recommend the SwitchBlox series.

Knowledgeable and Helpful I have been working on a robotics project using the GigaBlox network switch as the main means of communication between devices. I recently resolved an issue thanks to BotBlox support. They helped by suggesting useful tests to perform, and giving accurate assessment of the results. The issue ended up not being related to the switch itself and now the networking is working wonderfully. I would highly suggest giving these switches a try, great combination of good hardware and amazing support.
