Great products and great customer service I ordered two small ethernet switches for use in a UAV payload. Josh contacted me immediately to inform me that there had been an issue with one of the components and helped me change my order to two nano switches. Once the issues with the small switches was fixed, I ordered two of them. All items arrived in a timely manner (as advertised) and, in the case of the second order, all in time to meet a budget deadline on my end. All questions were responded to immediately. As for the products, the BotBlox switches are the perfect form factor for the small UAV payload I am building. There is nothing else on the market that I have found that comes close. And, to this point, they have worked exactly as expected. In short, BotBlox has provided outstanding customer service and these small form switches are exactly what I had been looking for. Looking forward to see what new products might come out and to working with them again.

They just work The most sensational thing about Botblox products is that they just work. We have standardised on Gigablox on all our robots and we have never had a single issue regardless of the harsh conditions and environments in which our robots operate. You plug them in and that's the last you ever worry about them.

Super compact, reliable, great service. I ordered a board and it was shipped out less than 1 hour later. I got the board in the US 2 days later which is so fast. I wanted the gigablocks nano for a compact robot arm application… The board is super tiny, more than I expected; not sure how they managed it but I’m impressed. It’s been running for over 3 months now with no issues, and the team at botblox have even supporting me in developing my own daughterboard for it.

Great Team, Great Tech I work at a robotics company and we are always looking to improve our products. We tested the SwitchBlox and GigaBlox switches from the team at BotBlox. Now we ship products with these switches integrated (industrial automation solutions). We had a 20x space saving (and associated weight saving) with no reduction in switch performance.
