Great Team, Great Tech I work at a robotics company and we are always looking to improve our products. We tested the SwitchBlox and GigaBlox switches from the team at BotBlox. Now we ship products with these switches integrated (industrial automation solutions). We had a 20x space saving (and associated weight saving) with no reduction in switch performance. Great products and great customer service I ordered two small ethernet switches for use in a UAV payload. Josh contacted me immediately to inform me that there had been an issue with one of the components and helped me change my order to two nano switches. Once the issues with the small switches was fixed, I ordered two of them. All items arrived in a timely manner (as advertised) and, in the case of the second order, all in time to meet a budget deadline on my end. All questions were responded to immediately. As for the products, the BotBlox switches are the perfect form factor for the small UAV payload I am building. There is nothing else on the market that I have found that comes close. And, to this point, they have worked exactly as expected. In short, BotBlox has provided outstanding customer service and these small form switches are exactly what I had been looking for. Looking forward to see what new products might come out and to working with them again.
