Great Team, Great Tech I work at a robotics company and we are always looking to improve our products. We tested the SwitchBlox and GigaBlox switches from the team at BotBlox. Now we ship products with these switches integrated (industrial automation solutions). We had a 20x space saving (and associated weight saving) with no reduction in switch performance. Prefect for robots! I've ordered a Gigablox, which is a 5-port gigabit switch of the size about 4.5x4.5 cm. Incredibly small! And it works well, even full gigabit. It generates only neglectable amount of heat, and the wide input voltage means one less DC-DC converter or stabilizer on your robot. Yay! The makers from Botblox look like quite skilled engineers, and they're very open to ideas. I suggested them an improvement to Nanoblox, and a few weeks later, a newsletter announces it's on the roadmap. This doesn't happen with every company - try making suggestions to Netgear :) I'm really looking forward for the other planned products because they've really hit the niche robotics needed to cover.

Bought a few for prototyping and were very happy with the results. Easy to connect, well documented, good quality. Quick response from the company both with regards to technical questions, custom orders and purchasing methods. Highly recommended for embedded IoT projects.
