Learned something new! Happy with the product now! I'm thinking since we needed to sync it up before it was usable, that might have been a good instruction to automatically send with the refurbished product. I had become aware of the sync on the board in trying to get my old board working. I wasn't aware of the sync on the console. Thank you. I'm back to the fun workout!

Poor customer service again You seem to be more convinced about technology than customer service because I had reviled that I have not recieved my product on the 21st when promised but was told it was delivered on th23rd,REALLY I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT AND I WILL BE MAKING A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD CO.PANY TOMMORROW!!!!!!

Refurbished ps2 I have enjoyed the Ps2 that I received. Had a small issue with the controller but this company was quick to fix the issue and sent a replacement out immediately. Very happy with the refurbished product. Would highly recommend!!! Great customer service!
