Great service for a replacement Wii Great service even though I got a Wii with DOA disc drive immediately reached out with a return shipping label and Josh said he would personally test the replacement unit. I will defiantly be buying my Wii accessories from them also. Thanks.

Learned something new! Happy with the product now! I'm thinking since we needed to sync it up before it was usable, that might have been a good instruction to automatically send with the refurbished product. I had become aware of the sync on the board in trying to get my old board working. I wasn't aware of the sync on the console. Thank you. I'm back to the fun workout!

This was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered a Wii for my daughter as a Christmas present. The processing time and shipping was great however the console does not work. It doesn't read disk nor will it allow you to connect to the internet. I emailed their support team as it's under a 180 day warranty. Let's see how this goes!

Old lady needed help I received my 2 Wii remotes and (old lady here) could not get them to work for me. I contacted the help line and spoke to Ryan. He was very helpful and explained exactly what to do in order to sync my remotes. We spoke several times on the phone ( again, old lady here) and problem solved...YAY!! Great customer service.
