I was looking for a refrigerator I was looking for a refrigerator, but very limited due to dimensions. Jerry took his time in trying to help me and was able to not only find a few but one I liked. He even came in on his day off to write up the order to make sure I got it. Oh, he also helped with a dishwasher as well. Thanks Jerry! Very professional atmosphere and everyone very nice. I had a another purchase from Marks about 7-8 years ago and had a warranty issue. Its a long story but the appliance was out or warranty and Mark step up and took care of the repair no questions asked. I told him that he didn't have to do it, but he wouldn't take no for an answer. I will always purchase my appliances from Mark's and recommend his company to any one that is looking.
