I had a another purchase from Marks about 7-8 years ago and had a warranty issue. Its a long story but the appliance was out or warranty and Mark step up and took care of the repair no questions asked. I told him that he didn't have to do it, but he wouldn't take no for an answer. I will always purchase my appliances from Mark's and recommend his company to any one that is looking.
