Ten out of ten would recommend The guys at I tech shark were so helpful! I needed my phone screen replaced due to a massive crack, but I didn’t want to break the budget knowing that I would be upgrading my phone next week. They found a used screen in top condition and sold it to me at a discount. I was so grateful. I also used them 3-4 years ago for replacing a screen on an older phone and I remember their price being substantially lower than other companies. Great service, pleasant technicians, beautiful new space!

Smooth process Smooth experience. I was not informed prior to shipping that the battery health needed to be above 80 percent. Since I had gone to the trouble to mail it I just took the lower offer they came back with after my phone “failed inspection”. Be aware. The check did arrive as promised and I would use them again … after making sure I understood all the rules.
