After a good research in search for where to buy a mobile hotspot at a legitimate seller that has these for a good price especially at these times hotspots are very hard to get. Never got the new Samsung phones we ordered Ordered two new Samsung phones but they sent the wrong color and one phone was damaged. Company repeatedly said they'd reimburse our cost to ship phones back to them, but they never did. The next pair of phones wouldn't charge and were refurbished/used, not new. Very aggravating and time consuming experience. Would strongly suggest looking elsewhere

Great Customer Service & Great Price I had an issue with the original phone that I bought for my wife. It worked but would drop calls or miss calls frequently. Electronics Force helped me get a replacement phone, then send back the original phone for credit after swapping over all the contacts, photos, etc. The process took a while, but the 2nd phone works perfectly, looks new, and is a big upgrade in memory, battery, camera and speed. I was nervous buying on-line, but the phone is working great and was a great price.
