If they truly have a cashed check I suspect and employee stole my money. Your records would not reflect my ‘facebook’ name. They will reflect the name Sarah Kaus. So please go back and check. I sent you an email asking for proof of said check but it appears your more concerned with poor reviews then communicating with your customers.

Smooth and easy The entire transaction of selling my old sell phone was smooth and easy. The funds were deposited in my account as advertised. I was looking at another company that said they could sell my phone for almost retail. Big suprise, when it came to actually offering me money, they were less than I got for my phone here.
