A Successful Computer Due To DiscountElectronics and Saul My DiscountElectronics order just before Christmas for a Lenovo Thinkpad was fulfilled very rapidly. Since I had difficulty setting up the computer, the company assigned a Support Technician, Saul, to help me. We had not completed the setup when a critical personal situation required my full attention for several months. Last week, in April, I finally had time available, so I emailed DiscountElectronics and requested that, if possible, Saul might be reassigned to finish the job for me, even though it was my fault that it was stopped midway, months ago. To my surprise, Saul called, and completed the job very rapidly. Both the company and Saul deserve my applause.

Very bad product I purchased a laptop from discount electronics four days ago, i was hoping it would be good however, from the moment I turned it on, it was clear that something was wrong. It kept freezing, crashing, and the battery life was abysmal. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot, the issues persisted. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with nothing but frustration. The representatives were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my problem. After numerous calls and emails, I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I was stuck with a faulty laptop. Not only is the product itself unreliable, but the lack of support from the company has left me incredibly disappointed.
