Very bad product I purchased a laptop from discount electronics four days ago, i was hoping it would be good however, from the moment I turned it on, it was clear that something was wrong. It kept freezing, crashing, and the battery life was abysmal. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot, the issues persisted. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with nothing but frustration. The representatives were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my problem. After numerous calls and emails, I was told that there was nothing they could do and that I was stuck with a faulty laptop. Not only is the product itself unreliable, but the lack of support from the company has left me incredibly disappointed. I will never purchase from this company again and would advise others to steer clear as well. stay way from discount electronics

Discount Electronics delivered a gem… Discount Electronics delivered a gem with the Dell laptop I purchased. When I couldn’t track my order, I called and Greg got me a new tracking number and we learned it was coming the next day. These guys have earned my loyalty.

Ordered from this place for 1st time Ordered from this place for 1st time. I received the laptop in two days. It was sent out for delivery the same day I ordered it. It is more than what I expected. Everything works no dents. I’m so happy with my purchase. I will give this place another go around when I’m ready for another computer. Thanks. Also I called cause wasn’t sure how to turn on the WiFi. They answered the phone on first ring and told me exactly what to do. Best service yet
