They ship you saying all charges included but to you surprise at delivery you are forced to pay extra 30-40$ in customs. International customers beware this fraud seller does not pay customs although he says he charges a flat fee with import fee included. To top it all my credit card was fraudulently charged for 4k$ after i shopped at his site he either saves and uses your card for fraud or his website is compromisrd

The Micro-visor solved our venting… The Micro-visor solved our venting problem. Easy to install and operate. The appearance of the Micro-visor blends nicely with our stainless microwave oven. I would highly recommend this item to others.

I ordered the removable style and led… I ordered the removable style and led light. The box arrived in a distressed condition, I opened the box and found 1 corner laid over even with the packing. The packing was good but just not enough for what it went through. They might want to address this with the shipping company. I straightened the corner and installed with no issues as I am leaving for work in a couple days, so I did not send it back. They did offer to replace it. My wife loves it and knows no different, my issue is the cost and to have it show up in distress.

Good hood extension Hood extension works very well, as long as the microwave fan has a high cfm draw, and is vented to the outdoors. The fan on my microwave is ~400 cfm and vents directly out of the kitchen wall to the outdoors. The hood extension helps direct the cooking fumes to the fan and eliminates about 80% of smoke/fumes that would otherwise come into the kitchen area.

Microvisor 30” Black Your product, well made and delivers as promised to a large extent. A breeze to install. My only slight misgivings are it’s kinda pricey, and I wish it could extend out another inch or two at the user’s discretion. As-is, good purchase and helps keep the smoke and odor under the microwave filter fan for better elimination. This and a stand-alone air purifier almost as good as an exterior vent.
