It was a hot summer day in New York and Kaplan's Bakery on 2nd Avenue only had one Prune Danish left. Mendel and Kyle got into it. The two chatted and Mendel proposed he come down to Kyle's warehouse and move some goods on this new thing called the "Internet." Kyle still won't use a computer. Kyle simply knows the right people and can get crazy deals. Mendel has been making these deals available online since 2001. The Prune Danish is the online portal for the quality deals that the duo can come up with. Bad Taste from Danish Received a defective product and CS emailed me and said to contact the manufacture that made it to have it covered under warranty. I guess the 30 day money back guarantee means nothing. First time purchase at PruneDanish and most likely my last. "Update, I replied to the email that was sent with pictures of the defective part (their request) and have not received any response after several days. When I see all the 5 star reviews I guess I have to assume I just happen to be really unlucky. The 1 star rating says it all "unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

Would Recommend I decided to give Prune Danish a try after I noticed a product on Groupon that they were associated with. I received free shipping and a superb price on the product. I admit was a little skeptical after seeing the price thinking it must be used as I’ve been burned on other sites. I received emails updating the order status until it shipped which then provided me with the shipping number. Once I received the product it was new as advertised. I would do business with again and highly recommend.

Great customer service! I had moved before my order shipped and the USPS had sent my order back. Just a day after I realized that mistake I had contacted the customer service at PruneDanish and asked that they resend the case for my phone when it came back. Not only did they send a new case the NEXT DAY but I paid well below what I would have retail. Thank you so much for the phone case and the excellent customer service.
