It was a hot summer day in New York and Kaplan's Bakery on 2nd Avenue only had one Prune Danish left. Mendel and Kyle got into it. The two chatted and Mendel proposed he come down to Kyle's warehouse and move some goods on this new thing called the "Internet." Kyle still won't use a computer. Kyle simply knows the right people and can get crazy deals. Mendel has been making these deals available online since 2001. The Prune Danish is the online portal for the quality deals that the duo can come up with. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and does NOT answer… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and does NOT answer emails. Took my money did not ship items. Emailed to find out WHERE the parcel was - they finally shipped "something" but tracking proves it was never delivered. I was worried about ordering through them originally because "Prune Danish" sounds like a FAKE site. ANSWER YOUR EMAILS. 5 emails over 4 weeks and can't be bothered to answer any of them.

Easy transaction Ordered on Sunday & they shipped on Tuesday. Items were received as described and packed well. I would not only recommend them for their selection & prices but also return myself. UPS Mail Innovations isn't the fastest & uses USPS for the last step in delivery which adds a day but I have no complaints & am very happy to accept those logistics with their free shipping, quick processing, ease of ordering securely & email updates.

Great price Great deivery I'm glad to say that this company lived up to an a American standard of supplying a product at a great price and good delivery during Covid. This is not always the way things go during Covid and I am in Chicago, halfway across the country. I'll order again and again.

Bad Taste from Danish Received a defective product and CS emailed me and said to contact the manufacture that made it to have it covered under warranty. I guess the 30 day money back guarantee means nothing. First time purchase at PruneDanish and most likely my last. "Update, I replied to the email that was sent with pictures of the defective part (their request) and have not received any response after several days. When I see all the 5 star reviews I guess I have to assume I just happen to be really unlucky. The 1 star rating says it all "unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.
