Poor packaging for shipping Ordered two manafold regulator sets. One set had two regulators, one had 4 regulators. All regulators had pressure gauges. Shipping and delivery were prompt. Both regulators had pressure gauges that showed '0' in the photos, both arrived with damaged pressure gauges. The damaged gauges now read significant pressure when disconnected. Packing for shipping was poor and the regulators jostled around in the box damaging 3 gauges by bending them. I've not yet gotten new gauges so I can test the operation of the regulators.

Quick response but there are unexpected… Quick response but there are unexpected fees added like the use of credit card/paypal, and using your own shipping company fee is very odd.

Excellent product delivered quickly Excellent product delivered quickly, however the web interface had trouble accurately representing the quantity available for a niche product. (required several rounds of trial and error to add an acceptable quantity to my cart). unfortunately there was also a double-charge on my credit card but customer service was excellent and the issue was quickly resolved. would buy from here again!

Thank you for having the product in… Thank you for having the product in stock. I ordered from other suppliers who charged me then notified they were apparently out of stock. Then still saying they would remove the charges but didnt. You all ROCK!! U had the product, was delivered and on time. I was so happy, I bought more and U delivered with the same GREAT service TWICE!! Great Job!!!
