This is an honest review Updated since reply from company. Added a star for their reason for the high bass. This is an honest review. Since I didn't pay much for these, I'm not returning them, but here is the thing. The design, it's bulky and uncomfortable after an hour. There should be some kind of hook that goes over the ear to hold up the weight of these, I also have normal sized ears, so it shouldn't be a problem. The mic seems fine. That works great. Also, space the wires more where they connect to turn into one wire. It needs to be a little longer.

Sound is great Sound is great! People hear me perfectly and can't tell I'm using a microphone. No comments from others on background noise so I assume it is blocking a lot of it. The only complaint I have is they aren't very secure in the ears. I have small ears and an using the smallest earpiece cover but they are heavy and there isn't anything additional to secure it to your ear. A small wrap around piece would be ideal. But otherwise, I'm very happy.
