A little slow, but they do come through. I found Exchangemy phone through a Google search and set up to mail in my phone. They claim to pay you within 24 hours of receipt of the phone. They sent me an envelope and I sent it the next day. A couple weeks later I had to write in to find out where the payment was. I don't believe the payment was done within 24 hours but in the end it didn't matter and they paid me.
