GBNasty product, nasty company, rude people! **see update at the bottom* Pure and simple avoid this company, there are better sabres for less money around. I asked lots of questions before purchasing. Like Armin above I received the product and found it to have poor sound, damaged packaging, inferior operation to the website claims etc. So many issues that show poor product sale. Now I said I want to return it and you should cover the cost as the product has problems. This is not a case of 'customer doesn't like it so wants to return' I appreciate this is a reason for consumer covering costs. The sabre is advertised as 'sent within 24/48 hrs!' What a misleading statement! Who really cares how quickly they send it? It's when it arrives that matters. 20 days later I send my 5th mail asking where it is? The reply I get is 'its coming from France will be here soon' "Be patient" they kept saying. So firstly I didn't appreciate them telling me to be patient as the customer. Secondly when I get into a return discussion/argument they say you need to pay postage regardless of issue and you need to send it to China! Once it has arrived they'll inspect it and if okay, (presumably resealable condition) they'll refund. So I've worked extensively overseas in Asia with manufacturing and Quality support. The problems here are: 1. No mention of China being the return location. 2. No mention of having to wait weeks for a refund. 3. Reliance on the product not getting damaged during transit prior to inspection. 4. Reliance on the Chinese to pass the product for refund. Now also having done some digging there is no evidence of Sabneo in France. Also they openly offer payment for reviews on their own website, incredible! Also if you do manage to get a support reply from Sabneo they reply 'sabneo support team' if you ask for a name they won't give it. I suspect I am taking with China directly although they say they are in the UK. Most emails come in the afternoon, (China 8 hours ahead of us) and the lack of offering a name is very Chinese in poor company methods from my experience. Plain and simply don't go there go elsewhere. I can recommend Shay at Galaxy Sabres. They openly buy through China but are UK based and open about it. Sabneo are a horrible company that I have now reported to Amazon uk as they openly sell their sabres. If you insist on buying one buy one through Amazon and with a credit card so you have some refund recompense. But personally I'd steer clear! I understand this is being sent to sabneo US, I hope they can intervene as all I want is a full immediate refund £143.99 including return postage FOC. As product is faulty and below standard expected. 26.04.2022 update: Now since posting this review and sending multiple informed snd assertive emails to Sabneo, I get a completely different change of response from them. Clearly someone of a higher level, (I suspect from the U.S.) has intervened and knocked some heads together. I've yet to receive it but they've told me I will get an immediate full refund and offered an apology! I said "thank you, why the change of approach?" They simply replied "customer service is a priority to us" When asked about collection of the sabres they said "keep them no need to return". In my experience the U.S. places a high focus on customer service and the importance of a good company name but across Europe and the Americas more and more design companies are using Asian based manufactures for cost saving and to maximise profit margins. These Asian CEM's are told strictly and often qggresively what rules to follow and life can be very hard for them so they probably rightly so don't deviate at all from the rules and methods they've been instructed to follow. I've been lucky this time but I would still very carefully audit if you like q company before buying from them. Ask some simple prepared questions. When buying ensure there is a UK or Europe based individual of contact/sale and ideally speak to them. Also ask them questions about where made? Return costs? Return destination etc. And get this in detail in writing, (email) This industry amongst others has now become swamped with companies trying to cash in quickly. One last point it's unlikely they'll have it but ask the supplier if they are BSI, (Bristish Standards Industry) accredited to BSI ISO 9001. They'll likely say no and either...... 1. Eh what's that? Or 2. No as it is expensive for us as a snall company and is hard to maintain but we have the manual and try as best as we can to implement ideas and polices from it. #2 Is a big winner if you get that answer and will also show the supplier you have a little about you and are informed. Good luck! Kieron JB - former Supplier support Engineer working for a UK based company and traveling within Eastern Europe and Asia. Also a Quality Engineer responsible for maintaining BSI ISO9001 standard within 3 companies.

GBHorrible customer services. Poor quality item. Ordered the LightSbaer before Christmas as a gift for my friends's son. item arrived after new year and obviously was useless as my firend already went back home by then so nothing for me to do with the item. Contacted the seller to return the item. They keep sending an autmated message, never got to actually speak to a CS rep and all the message says is for me to return the item to the manufacturer in China rather than to the retailer I bought it from the UK. This was never mentioned in the T&C which made me extremly angry. They refuse to have any dialog and keep spamming the same message to all my emails. The LightSaber is of very poor quality compared to others I've seen on my other freinds. Better avoid this shady company uess you want to waste your money and time.

GBOrdered Dec 20th Ordered Dec 20th, asked if there was any way I could get the order expedited as it was for a Christmas present and the answer was a flat no - it will get there later. Must confess I’d probably have ordered elsewhere if I knew it wouldn’t have been delivered on time and also that the customer service from the uk arm is practically non existent. I’ve been told it will arrive before January 2nd. I’ll keep you posted but am not overly hopeful.

GBWell I ordered this item on November… Well I ordered this item on November 29th Said it should've been here December 6th. It is now December 21st and I just received it. Thank Goodness. I am so disappointed with your company and the whole pony show of trying to get what I paid for. This item was the very 1st Christmas present I ordered and shamefully it was the last to arrive. On a positive note I did get it and it was before Christmas. Thankfully I am not sending any place else. I won't order anything from your company again in the future nor will I recommend to anyone interested. This has absolutely been a disappointment and nightmare of a purchase. I completely understand shipping problems, but I don't think it should have taken 2 emails and a threat to report you guys as frauds to get a reply of basically telling me to wait. Not sure what you call what I ALREADY was doing?! It's just shameful a customer had to wait and worry and get angry for something that is for a child. Merry Christmas to each and every one of you and I desperately hope you guys didn't have to wait on any of your orders. Good Luck and Happy New Year.
