I wish I could give it a zero rating… I wish I could give it a zero rating simply for the fact if you don't want to accept their low ball offer you have to pay a $10 shipping fee to receive your device back. Totally not worth bothering with.

I was a bit leery at first because I had never heard of this company but they turned out to be very reliable, reputable & honest.
