Moreover, when I told them that I wanted to order the same item again, they were honest enough to tell that it was not possible. I had actually only used MacConnection as a "plan B" - hah! the first vendor was terrible! I'd use MacConnection for any purchase. I called twice and each time got a person who helped me.
