GBDON'T trust this company! The worst customer service ever. I had sent my like new Samsung Galaxy S10+ to this company after looking online seeing they would offer the highest price; little did I know what I was in for... I promptly sent my phone using their included shipping label and waited for them to receive it, after about a week I checked tracking to if they had received it, it said received by agent. The first red flag is that it took them 2 days to answer, they said apparently NEVER received that package although tracking said otherwise. What follows is a long dispute with the Post Office trying to find information on the now missing phone. At this point I was still trying to contact Gadgetzhq about the issue and it took them no less than 2 days to answer each message. Long story short they claimed to put in a case with the Post Office but after contacting the Post Office they said the package was picked up by Gadgetzhq!! All this time they said the package was lost but I have reason to believe the STOLE the phone. Now when I message the company they won’t answer my messages although I can see they have seen them!! DON’T trust this company! They will STEAL your package!
