GBI Purchased-shark zu701 vacuum I Purchased, the vacuum, and when it came, I wasn't sure if it was a refurbished item or just an open box that might've been a return. It turned out it wasn't a new item. The box was damaged and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the product when I called the company, they were more than gracious to apologize And they gave me a refund of $50 which was more than I could've even asked for because I was just calling to question whether the item was new or used. All in all the service was great and I was extremely pleased with my product that I bought I love the vacuum it works great and I have no regrets , they are truly a reputable company

GBGhost Town? On April 9, 2024, I ordered and paid $124.00 for a George Foreman grill from Klimdi. As of today, it has not yet shipped. I have submitted three (3) written requests to cancel the order but no one has responded. The links don't work. The chat doesn't respond. I've received NO response to my two (2) emails. Is this company even still in operation?
