Great Place... Customer Driven Focus is a great place to buy electronics. My recent 2 purchases were great... perfect products, factory fresh, sent super fast. When my 2nd purchase, which was offered as a combo with a case, the case was the wrong size. One call to customer service and they had the right case out the next day... great customer service! I've been very happy with Focus and highly recommend them. I wish other companies took the care and interest they do in their customers.

Focus Camera is a Shady Business Focus Camera is a shady business. Do not trust. I purchased the Miele Complete C3 Cat and Dog Vacuum from Focus Camera. The box was completely beat up and taped back up. The contents inside were disheveled and missing key accessories, including the Electro Plus Floorhead SEB 228. The vacuum is listed as white, but I received a red unit. It turns out it is the Canadian version, which sells for half the price of the US version, and does not come with the same accessories. It still should've came with the SEB 228.

Westcott Flash Product arrived. My only observation is that I wish Focus used a faster shipping method like some other retailers. Other than that no problems and the price was very reasonable. I still find the Westcott FJ80 Flash one of the easiest flashes on the market to use. The touchscreen is a game chabger. This is the second one I have. It has the ability to update, so is things change in cameras and new models come out, Westcott updates the flash for a compatibility. That's pretty cool. The other big draw to this camera is it's a multi camera flash. It can be used on every camera. So if I'm shooting with a friend that has a Nikon and I have a Canon, My friend can use my flash if he doesn't have one already. I hope to get a FJ400 full location kit from Focus when I can afford it!!!
