GBIf you experience similar troubles with a online purchase and you can't reach anyone there to talk to and resolve the issue, Stop! , I have been a frequient customer of CBD Direct in the past but lately I've have repeated and serious problems with putting sales through. My same customer info, same card, NOT same service. Credit card denied repeatedly sighting first one detail then another and prompting customer to try again, each time, And often credit companies apply a charge against the card holder Each Time THey apply the account for a sale. CBD doesn't collect this money but the card holder does! Does somebody at CBD Direct think this is a cute joke? I don't I think so at all. Further for a company that has become a significant recreational hemp dealership they tend to make it a hard, slow or near impossible to contact them with such problems. This behaviour has occurred more than once as well. I think it's possible they might think they are too big and business too good to care about a few complaints
