They don't reply to e-mails I tried to contact them by e-mail to ask some questions about a product in their online store before I make the purchase as the information I need to know is not listed in the website. However, I did not receive any reply until now. I wish they respond ASAP, or at least put enough information in their website for the product as no one wants to buy any product before they know the product condition, color, etc.

Beware of this company Beware of this company. I received a damage product, emailed them twice no response, called twice rude rep would not give me his name and hung up on me both times. From their web site - Credit Card Dispute are charged a minimum $35 fee and are immediately turned over to a collection agency, and are reflected on your credit report.
