I tried numerous times to reach… I tried numerous times to reach customer service with a few simple questions but never got a response

Customer services was awesome Customer services was awesome. Order was correct, billing was correct and shipped when stated. Can't say enough about how well our transaction went.

These binoculars are awesome These binoculars are awesome. At this price, I am purchasing another pair for our trip out west. It is like you are watching in 3D. For novice users like us, these are a terrific value for the price! If you are a professional, I have no idea how these compare.

High Quality The two binoculars we ordered are high quality and have exceeded our expectations, the packaging was impressive and it arrived sooner than we anticipated. Just in time for the Braves last game last weekend and our upcoming trip to see our daughter march in the Appalachian State University football halftime show!

So far So far, so good. Appears to be good value, for it does what far infrared has been known for with its healing effects, and treatment for pain relief. Regular thermal wire heating pads are not equivalent in its lasting effects. I am a former thermal wire heatpad user.
