A good value One of the 2 units I ordered was faulty. I reached out to them and they agreed to refund or replace the faulty one. I elected to have it replaced because I'm caring for an individual with reynauds and keeping her hands warm is always a struggle. It took a bit of time but, true their word, a new functional hand warmer arrived today.
