ITChaotic company with poor service And once again I have to state that your company is a chaotic company with poor service. I returned your oh-so-great router, which didn't work, months ago and you have already refunded me the purchase price. What are you doing now? Why are you charging me any service fees now?

IEWorks Well From Ireland Using NORD VPN I bought one of these from FlashRouters .... Privacy-hero-vpn-router (3 day FedEx delivery to Ireland). As I am not in USA/Canada, I had to download the PRIVACY HERO app/apk from APKCOMBO.COM. I use this router mostly with ethernet, so I like the fact that one can independently turn on/off the 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz WiFi networks. Setup was easier than anticipated. Support so far seems responsive/good - I recommend this company.

GBFlashrouters are great for me as I… Flashrouters are great for me as I travel internationally a lot for work. Their flashed routers are top notch. On the rare occasion I need to contact support they always respond quickly, courteously and never fail to quickly get me up and running.

GBQuick response to support request Quick response. I had an issue signing on to the VPN on my router. I opened a ticket via the support webpage and Tom M. responded within hours. Tom provided step by step instructions and I was able to correct the issue. Being in Japan, the support website is my best means of communicating. Immediate feedback that a support request was received is reassuring.

GBIt's just mind blowing to see how fast… It's just mind blowing to see how fast and effective this IT helped me with resetting my pre configured Linksys WRT 1900 ACS today! Thank you so much! So much junk had started to bother my PC and mobile devices that I just gave up. After having difficulty understanding how to connect remotely through TeamViewer the IT took the wheel of the problems I was experiencing and whooped ass fast! Thx Flashrouters and that sharp IT/Technician that helped save the day! I will never, ever doubt Flashrouters again!
