FRI live in France and ordered a router I live in France and ordered a router, paid postage but unfortunately the router did not work after4 hours online with a technician. It cost me 50.00 Euros to return the router and now I have received an invoice from Fed-Ex of 53.00 Euros for import charges making a total of about 140.00 Euros for absolutely nothing but to be told that everything is noted in the FAQ'S. Don't buy unless you live in America. If i could give no stars I would !!!!!

HKReturning customer back with a smile! I'm a Returning customer, and have only positive things to say about this independent tech company. Setting up flashrouters can be a complicated process, especially if you're a Linux user, but security is a must in our day in age. This company made it easy as possible to secure my network, making the chat/tech support always available. They even have a phone option that is easy to get ahold of.

GBFlashRouters to the rescue! I've used a flashrouter for several years. It's worked beautifully. My VPN provider changed their protocol for login this week, and I was unaware of the change. I reached out to FlashRouters for help in troubleshooting my inability to connect to VPN, and they quickly responded with step-by-step instruction for resolution. I'm now back up and running!
