Quick and efficient Every aspect of my experience with using FlashRouters was very efficient. From verifying my router was compatible, to scheduling the appointment, even the process itself. The tech who flashed my router, Tom M., was quick and professional. Good tip for anyone is to have a window open for both your VPN provider and router MGMT console. It makes the process go by very quick.

Quick response to support request Quick response. I had an issue signing on to the VPN on my router. I opened a ticket via the support webpage and Tom M. responded within hours. Tom provided step by step instructions and I was able to correct the issue. Being in Japan, the support website is my best means of communicating. Works Well From Ireland Using NORD VPN I bought one of these from FlashRouters .... Privacy-hero-vpn-router (3 day FedEx delivery to Ireland). As I am not in USA/Canada, I had to download the PRIVACY HERO app/apk from APKCOMBO.COM. I use this router mostly with ethernet, so I like the fact that one can independently turn on/off the 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz WiFi networks. Setup was easier than anticipated. Support so far seems responsive/good - I recommend this company.

Great technical support … I purchased an ASUS modem from Flashrouters, flashed for Surfshark VPN which work perfectly upon arrival, than about six months later my VPN location wouldn’t work for my preferred sites. I was able easily reach back to the helpful support of Flasrouters tech team and schedule a remote-in appointment to change my VPN location, which now works great. I am a very pleased customer
