FlashRouters to the rescue! I've used a flashrouter for several years. It's worked beautifully. My VPN provider changed their protocol for login this week, and I was unaware of the change. I reached out to FlashRouters for help in troubleshooting my inability to connect to VPN, and they quickly responded with step-by-step instruction for resolution. I'm now back up and running!

Excellent support My Asus RT-AC5300 configuration became messed up. FlashRouters pointed me to their on-line help for how to do a factory reset, reinstall their software, configure the router, and connect my VPN. Now everything is working as it should.
