One bad thing is they use FedEx shipping which is junk I hate FedEx it was delayed three different times. I'm not too tech savvy but I did manage to figure it out. The instructions could be a little better if they were more step by step. I would highly recommend FlashRouters I personally didn't need the subscription that I paid for. But I could understand how some people might.

FlashRouters to the rescue! I've used a flashrouter for several years. It's worked beautifully. My VPN provider changed their protocol for login this week, and I was unaware of the change. I reached out to FlashRouters for help in troubleshooting my inability to connect to VPN, and they quickly responded with step-by-step instruction for resolution. I'm now back up and running!

I used my own router but purchased the… I used my own router but purchased the service plan. They did help me setup my router successfully and it did improve my VPN speed greatly. However, the router after the flash seemed buggy and the Wifi kept cutting in and out. This was really frustrating while watching shows on Apple TV. I decided to remove the flash and return the router to it's original firmware. They informed me they only help with the Flash and don't provide support to return you router to standard firmware. That's why I must give them a one star.

Setting up flashrouters can be a complicated process, especially if you're a Linux user, but security is a must in our day in age. This company made it easy as possible to secure my network, making the chat/tech support always available. They even have a phone option that is easy to get ahold of.
