So much junk had started to bother my PC and mobile devices that I just gave up. After having difficulty understanding how to connect remotely through TeamViewer the IT took the wheel of the problems I was experiencing and whooped ass fast! Tom M A Great Tech Support Tech with FR I had some issues with a replacement Asus Router from Flash Routers, sometimes it would connect for a short time then disconnect to Nord VPN I set up the router on my own, but soon found it to be too difficult to configure properly. Tom M was the troubleshooting Tech at FR, Tom solved my connection issues within 15 minutes of connecting to my PC with Team Viewer software, Tom with his knowledge and experience had me up and running quickly and efficiently. Thanks Tom for a job well done!

Quick response to support request Quick response. I had an issue signing on to the VPN on my router. I opened a ticket via the support webpage and Tom M. responded within hours. Tom provided step by step instructions and I was able to correct the issue. Being in Japan, the support website is my best means of communicating. Immediate feedback that a support request was received is reassuring.

I'm having a horrible time I'm having a horrible time. They charge my credit card and sent me notices saying that my payment didn't go through and my coverage is cancelled. I emailed them repeatedly and all I get is spam responses. No actual human or anything understandable. I have no idea what is going on, and I cannot get help.

Brilliant FlashRouter experience overall. Brilliant experience overall. The service was "Flash My Router: Asus VPN Fusion Plan". The tech bloke, Tom, just did the job (over Teamviewer), asking pertinent questions, quickly going through the setup within the router and at the end of the process he was gracious and informative in answering MY concerns and questions. I am very happy with the outcome thus far - it was completed in 28 minutes - and my head is reeling from the speed and thoroughness. I wish I could actually have spoken with the advisors/technicians, but I also see how that could really slow the process down. I should mention that I live in the UK and I'm a dual national (US/UK), from California. I couldn't find a similar service over here and FlashRouters had lots of very positive reviews. I'm pleased to add one more. Thank you guys!
