Excellent support My Asus RT-AC5300 configuration became messed up. FlashRouters pointed me to their on-line help for how to do a factory reset, reinstall their software, configure the router, and connect my VPN. Now everything is working as it should. FlashRouters were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Great technical support … I purchased an ASUS modem from Flashrouters, flashed for Surfshark VPN which work perfectly upon arrival, than about six months later my VPN location wouldn’t work for my preferred sites. I was able easily reach back to the helpful support of Flasrouters tech team and schedule a remote-in appointment to change my VPN location, which now works great. I am a very pleased customer

I'm having a horrible time I'm having a horrible time. They charge my credit card and sent me notices saying that my payment didn't go through and my coverage is cancelled. I emailed them repeatedly and all I get is spam responses. No actual human or anything understandable. I have no idea what is going on, and I cannot get help.

Returning customer back with a smile! I'm a Returning customer, and have only positive things to say about this independent tech company. Setting up flashrouters can be a complicated process, especially if you're a Linux user, but security is a must in our day in age. This company made it easy as possible to secure my network, making the chat/tech support always available. They even have a phone option that is easy to get ahold of.

I live in France and ordered a router I live in France and ordered a router, paid postage but unfortunately the router did not work after4 hours online with a technician. It cost me 50.00 Euros to return the router and now I have received an invoice from Fed-Ex of 53.00 Euros for import charges making a total of about 140.00 Euros for absolutely nothing but to be told that everything is noted in the FAQ'S. Don't buy unless you live in America. If i could give no stars I would !!!!!
