Works Well From Ireland Using NORD VPN I bought one of these from FlashRouters .... Privacy-hero-vpn-router (3 day FedEx delivery to Ireland). As I am not in USA/Canada, I had to download the PRIVACY HERO app/apk from APKCOMBO.COM. I use this router mostly with ethernet, so I like the fact that one can independently turn on/off the 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz WiFi networks. Setup was easier than anticipated. Support so far seems responsive/good - I recommend this company.

Fantastic tech support Their flashed routers hold up over time (I've had my Linksys 3200ACM over five years) and their tech support is top notch. They respond quickly and efficiently. I got the information needed to get my router back up and running (my VPN changed requirements and didn't notify me but flashrouters.com fixed the issue extremely quickly). Would give them ten stars if I could.

Chaotic company with poor service And once again I have to state that your company is a chaotic company with poor service. I returned your oh-so-great router, which didn't work, months ago and you have already refunded me the purchase price. What are you doing now? Why are you charging me any service fees now?

Tom M A Great Tech Support Tech with FR I had some issues with a replacement Asus Router from Flash Routers, sometimes it would connect for a short time then disconnect to Nord VPN I set up the router on my own, but soon found it to be too difficult to configure properly. Tom M was the troubleshooting Tech at FR, Tom solved my connection issues within 15 minutes of connecting to my PC with Team Viewer software, Tom with his knowledge and experience had me up and running quickly and efficiently. Thanks Tom for a job well done!

I used my own router but purchased the… I used my own router but purchased the service plan. They did help me setup my router successfully and it did improve my VPN speed greatly. However, the router after the flash seemed buggy and the Wifi kept cutting in and out. This was really frustrating while watching shows on Apple TV. I decided to remove the flash and return the router to it's original firmware. They informed me they only help with the Flash and don't provide support to return you router to standard firmware. That's why I must give them a one star.
