Excellent support My Asus RT-AC5300 configuration became messed up. FlashRouters pointed me to their on-line help for how to do a factory reset, reinstall their software, configure the router, and connect my VPN. Now everything is working as it should. FlashRouters were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

I got the information needed to get my router back up and running (my VPN changed requirements and didn't notify me but flashrouters.com fixed the issue extremely quickly). FlashRouters to the rescue! I've used a flashrouter for several years. It's worked beautifully. My VPN provider changed their protocol for login this week, and I was unaware of the change.
