So much junk had started to bother my PC and mobile devices that I just gave up. FlashRouters to the rescue! I've used a flashrouter for several years. It's worked beautifully. My VPN provider changed their protocol for login this week, and I was unaware of the change. Setting up flashrouters can be a complicated process, especially if you're a Linux user, but security is a must in our day in age. This company made it easy as possible to secure my network, making the chat/tech support always available. They even have a phone option that is easy to get ahold of.

Terrible Terrible. Unresponsive to tickets, they do not even offer support outside of normal business hours - if your router is offline, you'll need to wait until they're back in the office before you will be able to get back online. I wanted to provide a review of a router I bought from them, but they seem to have turned off reviews. The Privacy Hero router is a disaster, constantly crashes requiring a manual restart by unplugging it and plugging it back in - this resets all of the settings for network devices and turns off their internet access. They charge a restocking fee, even though the product is defective.
