So much junk had started to bother my PC and mobile devices that I just gave up. After having difficulty understanding how to connect remotely through TeamViewer the IT took the wheel of the problems I was experiencing and whooped ass fast! Quick response to support request Quick response. I had an issue signing on to the VPN on my router. I opened a ticket via the support webpage and Tom M. responded within hours. Tom provided step by step instructions and I was able to correct the issue. Being in Japan, the support website is my best means of communicating. Immediate feedback that a support request was received is reassuring.

I live in France and ordered a router I live in France and ordered a router, paid postage but unfortunately the router did not work after4 hours online with a technician. It cost me 50.00 Euros to return the router and now I have received an invoice from Fed-Ex of 53.00 Euros for import charges making a total of about 140.00 Euros for absolutely nothing but to be told that everything is noted in the FAQ'S. Don't buy unless you live in America. If i could give no stars I would !!!!!

Excellent support My Asus RT-AC5300 configuration became messed up. FlashRouters pointed me to their on-line help for how to do a factory reset, reinstall their software, configure the router, and connect my VPN. Now everything is working as it should. FlashRouters were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.
