GBExcellent support My Asus RT-AC5300 configuration became messed up. FlashRouters pointed me to their on-line help for how to do a factory reset, reinstall their software, configure the router, and connect my VPN. Now everything is working as it should. FlashRouters were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

GBI'm having a horrible time I'm having a horrible time. They charge my credit card and sent me notices saying that my payment didn't go through and my coverage is cancelled. I emailed them repeatedly and all I get is spam responses. No actual human or anything understandable. I have no idea what is going on, and I cannot get help.

GBTom M A Great Tech Support Tech with FR I had some issues with a replacement Asus Router from Flash Routers, sometimes it would connect for a short time then disconnect to Nord VPN I set up the router on my own, but soon found it to be too difficult to configure properly. Tom M was the troubleshooting Tech at FR, Tom solved my connection issues within 15 minutes of connecting to my PC with Team Viewer software, Tom with his knowledge and experience had me up and running quickly and efficiently. ITChaotic company with poor service And once again I have to state that your company is a chaotic company with poor service. I returned your oh-so-great router, which didn't work, months ago and you have already refunded me the purchase price. What are you doing now? Why are you charging me any service fees now?

Setting up flashrouters can be a complicated process, especially if you're a Linux user, but security is a must in our day in age. This company made it easy as possible to secure my network, making the chat/tech support always available. They even have a phone option that is easy to get ahold of.
