I emailed them repeatedly and all I get is spam responses. No actual human or anything understandable. I have no idea what is going on, and I cannot get help.

Tom M was the troubleshooting Tech at FR, Tom solved my connection issues within 15 minutes of connecting to my PC with Team Viewer software, Tom with his knowledge and experience had me up and running quickly and efficiently.
