Works Well From Ireland Using NORD VPN I bought one of these from FlashRouters .... Privacy-hero-vpn-router (3 day FedEx delivery to Ireland). As I am not in USA/Canada, I had to download the PRIVACY HERO app/apk from APKCOMBO.COM. I use this router mostly with ethernet, so I like the fact that one can independently turn on/off the 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz WiFi networks. Setup was easier than anticipated. Support so far seems responsive/good - I recommend this company.

Tom M A Great Tech Support Tech with FR I had some issues with a replacement Asus Router from Flash Routers, sometimes it would connect for a short time then disconnect to Nord VPN I set up the router on my own, but soon found it to be too difficult to configure properly. Tom M was the troubleshooting Tech at FR, Tom solved my connection issues within 15 minutes of connecting to my PC with Team Viewer software, Tom with his knowledge and experience had me up and running quickly and efficiently. Thanks Tom for a job well done!

Quick and efficient Every aspect of my experience with using FlashRouters was very efficient. From verifying my router was compatible, to scheduling the appointment, even the process itself. The tech who flashed my router, Tom M., was quick and professional. Good tip for anyone is to have a window open for both your VPN provider and router MGMT console. It makes the process go by very quick.

Brilliant FlashRouter experience overall. Brilliant experience overall. The service was "Flash My Router: Asus VPN Fusion Plan". The tech bloke, Tom, just did the job (over Teamviewer), asking pertinent questions, quickly going through the setup within the router and at the end of the process he was gracious and informative in answering MY concerns and questions. I am very happy with the outcome thus far - it was completed in 28 minutes - and my head is reeling from the speed and thoroughness. I wish I could actually have spoken with the advisors/technicians, but I also see how that could really slow the process down. I should mention that I live in the UK and I'm a dual national (US/UK), from California. I couldn't find a similar service over here and FlashRouters had lots of very positive reviews. I'm having a horrible time I'm having a horrible time. They charge my credit card and sent me notices saying that my payment didn't go through and my coverage is cancelled. I emailed them repeatedly and all I get is spam responses. No actual human or anything understandable. I have no idea what is going on, and I cannot get help.
