Nice and easy This was a great alternative to the other sites. The quote I received for my laptop was a little higher than some of the other sites. The steps following including printing the shipping labels were easy. Great first impression!

This is a dishonest company This is a dishonest company. The option to "automatically accept the price" that they set is deceptive. DO NOT select this option, as this gives them freedom to set the lowest possible price and basically steal your device. The price range for a laptop ranges from $36-$700, so even though my device was practically new and I should have received $600-$700, they only gave me $175. I do not recommend anyone use this website. They also have no phone number to contact them, which is telling to their low value on customer service.
