GBI had an issue with both earbuds not resetting on TOKK - W or TOKK-W - R I had an issue with both earbuds not resetting properly after holding each button simultaneously for 20 seconds. Ali's customer service skills are outstanding! A set of new earbuds will be shipped to me immediately.
