Great experience - highly recommend! Had a great experience with Tek Experts. My phone battery (iPhone 6) desperately needed to be replaced, and they were able to complete the repair in about 1 hour on a weekday night. The repair was also more cost effective than I had expected. The person who helped me was courteous and kind, and provided a ton of detail about the service they were doing. I had considered driving out to an Apple Store to have it replaced, and I'm actually really glad I didn't. I'll go to Tek Experts for all of my phone repairs from now on.
