Sports Food Green Tea Extract is Awesome! I've been taking green tea extract for weight loss and for a long time for a wide variety of reasons, most importantly, weight loss. Beyond the weight loss properties that green tea extract provides, I've noticed improvement in my teeth, hair, and skin. My doctor has shown both lowered cholesterol, and my traditionally high blood pressure has seen significant improvements. I've been suffering from arthritis for nearly 10 years, my joint pain improved significantly after I began taking green tea extract. I find myself getting sick much less often than before.
