I like Dockem Anytime I get a new device that requires protection, I always check dockem.com. Their products are very well executed. Their story of being a small business is very appealing also. The website is serviceable. It has all the basic elements to search for what you need. The product sites has an adequate amount of pics showing the product and how the device it fits, well…fits. It offers many methods of payment and levels of shipping. It also has a nice after purchase landing page that shows all the information concerning your purchase.

Wrong item was sent Wrong item was sent. When I returned to the web site the item I ordered is now sold out I own several of these for my Galaxy Note 10+. The one sent is clearly smaller even though I ordered the correct one. This would have been my 4th in 5 years. The entry gets worn over time.

Poor quality service - Great Product My wife ordered a case for her galaxy S10, she received a case for a S10+. I went and ordered it again, just cause I thought she checked the wrong box. I received the exact case. Quality control of shipping and product selection left much to be desired. Returning both cases. Ended up buying from Amazon b/c I knew better as to what I was getting. Update 2/12: After receiving the right case it fits and my wife loves it.

Wallet and vehicle phone mount I have the.com vehicle phone mount and slim wallet. They are both top quality items. The magnetic phone mount for my vehicle holds my phone on even when I’m driving off Road and bumpy conditions. The slim leather wallet Is perfect to keep in my back pocket without being too bulky.

Outstanding Customer Service! I purchased the wrong product by accident, and when I contacted customer service - I was assisted by Dayton. What an outstanding experience! While I owned my mistake, I was treated with respect and a solution was easily presented. Dayton showed the kindness I seek the world - and I fully appreciated the experience. I will purchase Dockem products for future needs!
