I have had to reach out to them for a few problems I had, they were kind and responsive. I even broke my HERO board and they offered to replace it. Good people work here who want you to learn about electronics. Their shipment might take awhile- but I wont give less stars, since it isn't a huge company that can afford next day shipping or immediate email replies

The website wouldn't finish processing… The website wouldn't finish processing my order after I confirmed my CC information. Waited 30 minutes and it was still hung at 75% and I have no idea how to cancel. I have created an account in the hope I can find some customer service information. I ultimately did receive a receipt and later an order confirmation. Then I realized I hadn't included my full correct shipping address. By the time I started an email to request they change their customer service contacted me because their system had flagged the issue of a missing apartment #. I was relieved and impressed. So far so good.🤞

The creative days (every fifth day) have really inspired me to come up with my own ideas and project creations. The instructor is fantastic! He explains everything in detail and brings real life experience along with some SyFi fun to boot. I look forward to expanding my knowledge now that I am retired.
